i found the staff at the reception to be very cute (their smiles are so warm!). the location was also ideal for getting around. the room's layout was lovely.

i was a little disappointed that the sky bar was closed . there seemed to be some electrical issues in the gym, i couldn't use it. the design of the bathroom was a bit odd, with little privacy offered by the glass walls.

The staff at the front desk were genuinely helpful. They provided proper directions to various locations. They also suggested good places for breakfast. they offered a map for bus routes. The cleaning staff maintained attentiveness and cheerfulness.

The gym lacked a television, THOUGH this detail hardly detracted from an otherwise really good stay.

The room was very clean, and it had the best shower ever. Bedding was also very comfortable, awesome for restful nights. The staff were always happy to assist with any questions, providing excellent service.

The gym lacked a TV, which would be a nice addition for longer workouts.

I stayed again and its still great. the location is convenient, with metro access close by. my room was spacious with effective air conditioning. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection. I could always find something i liked.

The rooftop bar was closed during my entire stay. That was disappointing. i was looking forward to relaxing there.
